What we collect

Your email address and an encrypted password; the audio files you upload and the files we generate; payment status from Stripe (we never see or store your card number); basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

Why

To run your account, process your tracks, handle payments, prevent abuse and send emails about your account and your tracks.

Who processes your data

• Hostinger — website hosting and database
• RunPod — GPU servers that process your audio (files are only kept during processing)
• Stripe — payments

How long we keep it

Uploaded audio: deleted after processing. Generated files: deleted after 7 days. Account data: until you delete your account. Payment records: as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Delete your account from the Account page, or email support@stemidi.io.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
