1. Who we are

2. The service

Stemidi uses automated AI tools to separate audio you upload into instrument parts and to convert them into MIDI files and audio stems. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors, missing or extra notes. The service is provided "as is".

3. Your music and your rights

You may only upload audio that you own or that you have the rights to process. You keep all rights to your music and to the files we generate from it. You are fully responsible for how you use the results, including respecting copyright. We may delete content and close accounts that break these rules.

4. Files and storage

Uploaded files are deleted once processing ends. Generated files are deleted automatically 7 days after processing. Please download what you need in time.

5. Plans and payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) include 20 tracks per calendar month; unused tracks do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Single tracks are one-time purchases. The free preview lets you listen to results before paying. If processing fails, the track is not counted.

6. Refunds

7. Fair use

Do not attempt to abuse the free preview (for example with multiple accounts), overload the service, or access it by automated means without permission.
